Terms of Service

TL;DR: Don't be evil, we won't be evil, and let's build cool AI stuff together. 🤝
The Human Version
We've tried to make these terms as readable as possible. Here's the gist:
- You own your data. Always. We just process it for you.
- We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly (99.9% uptime SLA for enterprise)
- Pay your invoices on time and we'll stay friends
- Don't use our AI to do illegal or harmful things
- If something goes wrong, let's talk like adults
1. Services
Innity provides custom AI integration services for customer service and sales automation. We build, deploy, and maintain AI solutions tailored to your specific needs.
Each engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for your project.
2. Your Data
Ownership: You retain all rights to your data. We never claim ownership of any data you provide to us or that flows through our systems.
Processing: We only process your data as necessary to provide the services you've requested. We don't use your data to train models for other customers.
Security: We implement industry-standard security measures. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we protect your data.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Generate spam or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse engineer our systems
Basically: don't be a jerk. If you're not sure whether something is okay, ask us.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in your SOW. Generally:
- Invoices are due within 30 days
- We accept bank transfer and major credit cards
- All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may result in service suspension (we'll warn you first)
5. Service Level
For enterprise customers, we offer a 99.9% uptime SLA with the following response times:
Critical issues
1 hour response
High priority
4 hour response
Normal priority
1 business day
Low priority
3 business days
6. Intellectual Property
Our IP: We retain ownership of our pre-existing technology, frameworks, and general know-how.
Your IP: You retain ownership of your data, branding, and any custom developments created specifically for you (as defined in your SOW).
7. Limitation of Liability
The boring but important part: our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
That said, if we mess up, we'll make it right. We're reasonable people.
8. Termination
Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- We'll help you export your data
- We'll delete your data within 30 days (or immediately upon request)
- Outstanding invoices remain due
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Strasbourg, France. But honestly, we'd prefer to just talk it out over coffee. ☕
